Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Look Who is in OUR room!

We read the book, "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom the 1st week of school.  We also made our own version of the book with our pictures and trees that we colored.  The book will be added to our class library.  The bulletin board outside our room has our pictures on it.

Meet the Teacher

Ms. Griffiths met one on one with each student and parent Monday the 11th thru Wednesday the 13th.  Each student colored an "Aargh you ready for kindergarten" picture while Ms. Griffiths and the parents did all the "paperwork" to begin the year.  We already had work hanging in the hall prior to the 1st day of school.  :)

St. Patrick's Day

 Brianna's mom, Sharon, was nice enough to bring us a St. Patrick's Day snack of ALL green!  She has been a big help in our classroom this year and we sure do appreciate her.  Check out all the leprechauns in our room today!

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 100th Day of School

We had our 100th day of school yesterday.  We dressed up like Zero the Hero.  We made hats with  100 Froot Loops and we colored 100 squares to make a picture of the number 100.

Fire Alarm Goes Off!

This morning the fire alarm went off.  It was not a drill!  The Foley fire truck came. We dont know why.
